My therapeutic approach is collaborative, focusing on individualized care through Schema therapy. This method identifies and addresses deeply ingrained patterns or 'schemas'—rooted in early life experiences—that influence our self-perception and interactions. By recognizing unmet emotional needs behind these patterns, we aim to meet them constructively, fostering positive change and personal growth.

About Me

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with licenses in both Nevada and Utah. My journey began with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, which I earned in 2012 from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Fast forward seven years, I completed my Master’s Degree in Social Work, focusing on Direct Practice, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2020. This achievement marked me as an Integrative Behavioral Health Care Scholar.

Originally from the Bronx, New York, I've spent a significant part of my career in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here, I first worked in day and night clubs before transitioning to the restaurant industry with the Tao group—whom I affectionately refer to as the Tao Family—for eight years. This was all part of my journey while pursuing further education.

I hold a strong belief in the healing process, which I see as a partnership between the therapist and the client. It's not always easy; it requires commitment, the right approach from the therapist, a strong relationship, and education for both the therapist and the client about the therapy process. Everyone comes into therapy with their unique, complex life experiences and current challenges. As a therapist, my role is to create a safe space where we can work together to explore your issues, desires, needs, and goals, and eventually uncover the reasons behind them.

I specialize in supporting individuals through grief, loss, emotional regulation, reducing self-harm, stabilizing personal identity and relationships, and most importantly, enhancing a sense of safety.
